Job Description
Seeking an organized and driven Apartment Building Engineer for a high rise community in Chula Vista!
Requirements:
1. Must be HVAC certified.
2. Must be able to pass a background screening. (No felonies and cannot have 3 misdemeanors within a 3-year period.)
3. Active drivers license and your own vehicle.
4. Knowledge of cooling towers, chillers, and pumps (a must).
5. PRV domestic water, HVAC EPA 608 certified, plumbing experience, High Rise experience, comfort cooling and domestic boiler experience, fire life safety experience to include: fire alarm systems, wet pipe fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps.
Job Duties include but are not limited:
1. Maintaining the high rise buildings HVAC, water boilers, and operation systems. Monitoring and scheduling vendor repairs as needed.
2. Preventative Maintenance scheduling and coordinating.
3. Assisting with Maintenance teams tasks and work service tickets.
Details:
