WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Goals / Professional Development - Works with management to establish goals, including professional development, project, and support goals.
On-Call Support - Provides On-Call and after-hours support following the Franciscan Alliance Information Services support model while troubleshooting and reporting reported application problems.
Technical Application & Workflow Test Development - Oversees technical testing for Franciscan Alliance applications and workflow and reports results to stakeholders.
Incident, Change, and Requests Management - Follows organizational practices for incident, change, and request management.
Application Server Health Monitoring - Responds to server alerts based on defined thresholds.
Technical Application Analysis - Maintains the system tables, profiles, and other application parameters to ensure Franciscan Alliance applications function according to customer specifications.
Data Extracts - Provides Data Extracts to business partners.
Application Design, Configuration & Support - Designs, configures and supports Franciscan Alliance applications based on standards and guidelines
Technical Application Environment Management - Manages, Designs, Coordinates and Supports the technical architecture of application environments including configurations, system-level changes, application updates and installs, and other technical duties as assigned.
Contract Negotiation Support - Assists with contract negotiation and on-going consultation by providing technical/application expertise to support the contract decision maker.
Vendor Management - Coordinates with vendors and other technical teams in implementing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting applications.
Training & Education - Acts as Franciscan Alliance expert to assist with creation of training materials.
Technical Knowledge and Trends - Stays current with technology (healthcare and enterprise), applications, and innovations to bring recommendations for Franciscan Alliance future application capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required Associate's Degree
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years Relevant Work Experience Required
- Required Must have extensive experience in working in ProWFM (formerly Dimensions) of atleast 3+ years
- Required configuring workrules, paycodes, basic/advanced schedules, and user accounts (DAP/FAP)
- Preferred Knowledge in Boomi Intergrations
- Required Experience in Attendance, Absence, Timecard, Scheduling (Basic/Advanced), and Extensions products/modules.
