Compensation: $65,000 - $68,000 (DOE) + competitive fringe benefits (401(k), full health insurance, CLE, among others)

• Litigation support
• Work on general corporate matters
• Work on real estate, mortgage, and/or notarial matters
• Support all practice areas of the firm, as needed
• Resolve cases efficiently by communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
• Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work closely with senior associate attorneys
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
• Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff

• Notary Public (or pending admission)
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Experience as a law clerk or paralegal would be a plus
• Willingness to take the USDC Bar Exam (if not available)
• Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and clients
• Willingness to learn from senior lawyers to meet client needs and grow client base
• Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
