Responsibilities—Sales Consultant:

  • Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a friendly, engaging experience both in-person and on the lot.
  • Listen to their needs, present vehicle options, and guide them through the selection process.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and maintaining follow-up communication to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, pricing, and available incentives, and ensure customers feel confident in their purchase decisions.
  • Proactively reach out to potential buyers through phone calls, internet inquiries, and lead generation efforts to drive sales opportunities.

Requirements—Sales Consultant:

  • Prior automotive sales experience is a PLUS but not required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
  • Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related field is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • A strong drive to succeed, excellent customer service abilities, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
  • Maintain professional business attire and a polished appearance.
