Bath Aide Duties:
•Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing and grooming.
•Assist with basic mobility and transfer tasks.
•Help with meal preparation.
•Provide companionship and social interaction with clients.
•Observe and report any changes in client's health or wellbeing.
•Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
•Follow the care plan and communicate with the care team for any necessary updates.
•Respect and uphold clients' rights and dignity at all times.

Bath Aide Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a Bath Aide or in a similar role preferred but no required.
•Knowledge of personal care techniques and safety practices.
•Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
•Must pass a background check.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Compassionate, patient, and able to handle various physical and emotional demands.
