We are South and Central Florida’s leading authority in high end luxury natural stone and ceramic tile from Italy, Spain and around the world. Our products are best in class and vary from floor, wall, countertop and exterior hardscape materials. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable professional for a Branch Manager role who can join us to continue our mission of ‘getting it right, day in and day out.’.

Location: Winter Park, FL

Essential Job Functions

• Oversee and manage all branch operations and operational budget.
• Conduct weekly meetings with staff to monitor workflow, time cards, etc.
• Ensure adherence to builders’ scheduled timeline for installation.
• Lead development and maintenance of customer relationships with builders.
• Resolve escalated issues/conflicts related to construction activities.
• Assist sales staff in pursuing sales and business development opportunities.
• Recruit and retain an adequate subcontractor labor pool.
• Stay up to date an industry trends
• Superior customer service skills
• Build, maintain and seek relationships with designers, architects, homebuilders
• Prompt company products and services through showroom events and networking opportunities
• Other management, administrative, and/or clerical duties as needed and/or assigned.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience
• Experience working/selling high end natural stone, porcelain, glass, gemstone slabs; quartzite, mosaics, ceramic tile, reclaimed wood and other luxury products
• Prior experience using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and ERP software.
• We use Stone Profit and will train.

Other Requirement s

• This role might require the ability to lift, push, and/or pull loads up to 50 lb.
• Fundamental mathematical comprehension required.
• Ability to multi-task is required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
