Roles and Responsibilities (depending on work area)

• Prepare menu items following Chick-fil-A's high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and taste.
• Follow strict food safety protocols to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Assist with food assembly and packaging to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly to customers.

Teamwork and Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with fellow Team Members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere by supporting each other and working together to achieve common goals.
