BlueWave Resource Partners is hiring a Content Marketing Manager for a client in Kissimmee, FL 34741. As the Content Marketing Manager, you'll handle various marketing tasks for our clients. This is an entry-level position, and you'll get to learn all aspects of marketing, working with a dynamic team and top clients. If you're a go-getter, fast learner, and enjoy challenges, join us!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual campaign calendars to convert leads into clients.
• Create buyer personas based on client and ideal customer research.
• Execute marketing campaigns to meet client needs and goals.
• Use email marketing software to run effective campaigns.
• Design graphics and videos for social media, websites, and landing pages.
• Manage marketing content, from brainstorming to publishing.
• Analyze data from client campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Create compelling calls-to-action and lead generation content.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to establish campaign goals.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize to exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in an agency environment is a plus.
• Good self-management and time management abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Open to constructive feedback and eager to learn all aspects of marketing.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Passionate about community involvement.
• Resourceful and quick learner.
• Thrive under deadlines.
• Proficient in social media campaign management.
• Go-getter attitude and desire to become an expert for clients.
