Compensation Elements

• Guaranteed base hourly pay above industry standard.
• We pay 75% of your base medical coverage (value of over $3000/year)
• All the following, paid at your effective rate:
  • 2 weeks paid vacation (prorated the first year)
  • 8 paid holidays each year.
  • 5 paid sick days each year (more than the California required sick time!)
  • Paid Bereavement Leave
  • 2 paid volunteer days each year.

What We're Looking For:

Reporting to the Business Office Manager, this individual will be accountable for monitoring and overseeing elements of the contracts processes, policies and procedures. This individual is:

What you will be doing:

· Process contracts and vehicle sales documents, and Dealer-Trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Process after-market cancellations.

· Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold.

· Collect vehicle receivables.

· Process floor plan requests and payments

· Account Reconciliation

· Journal Entries

What will qualify you for this role:

• Has prior dealership/accounting experience

• CDK DMS experience a plus!
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Google Sheets
• Excellent Communication skills
