Job Description
Development Services Group, Inc. (DSG), a national research firm, is seeking a Criminal Justice Ph.D. Researcher to expand its Research and Evaluation Division. DSG conducts research and evaluation in juvenile justice, criminal justice, education, and domestic terrorism, with funding from a variety of Federal agencies.
The ideal candidate should have a background in criminal justice, juvenile justice, social sciences (e.g., sociology), program evaluation, and/or quantitative methods. Duties include conducting literature reviews for evidence-based programs and practices, preparing research summaries, conducting statistical analyses, and providing research reports. Must possess a Ph.D. and 2–3 years of experience. Knowledge of survey methods, research design, statistics, and SPSS/STATA is required. Additional experience in behavioral health research a plus.
