Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Craftexcom We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, which is essential for making informed business decisions. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will work closely with other departments to gather and input data accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

Pay range: $17.50 - $24.50 hourly
Full time

• Enter and update data into various databases and systems conserving data integrity and accuracy
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Keep track of received data and source documents
• Review and correct errors in the data as needed
• Generate reports with updated data and present findings to management
• Respond to data inquiries from other departments promptly and accurately
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast typing skills with high accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
