An On-Site Position, Drafter/ Detailer job is currently available at Belcan in Windsor, CT. This is a full time, direct position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have skills with using NX and some practical drafting or detailing experience. You will be part of a team: applying drafting standard practices, methods, and techniques for a variety of products within the aerospace industry. Job Duties: Principle Responsibilities: Use appropriate drafting standards to produce various detail, assembly, and layout drawings, or other diagrams and schematics to transform the design into a more useful visual representation.

• Revise drawings to conform to design change orders.
• Assist design personnel, as required, in all other aspects of drawing creation process.

Required Qualifications: Qualifications: A. Education: Minimum of an Associate degree with engineering experience. B. Minimum Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience. C. Technology: Proficient in the use of CAD NX, and other computer processing tools. Proficient in the use of PLM data management software Teamcenter. D. Citizenship: Due to the nature of the job, US Citizenship is required. E. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Model based design (MBD) * Software experience with NX Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $40,000 to $80,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
