We’re looking for a Supplier Coordinator to oversee the manufacturing and assembly of complex engineered materials and equipment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring supplier schedules, tracking key milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet business unit needs.
What you’ll do:
✅ Oversee supplier progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines
✅ Maintain and distribute Material Status Reports (MSR)
✅ Coordinate milestone payments and verify material readiness for shipping
✅ Address unforeseen delays and collaborate on recovery plans
✅ Work closely with freight teams to manage transportation and delivery logistics
✅ Ensure smooth material receiving, resolving any overage, shortage, or damage (OS&D) issues
