Job Description

- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
- Maintain timely and accurate data entry.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.
- Create and maintain accurate records in personnel databases.
- Maintain multiple extensive spreadsheets, stay current and detailed
- with input information.
- Scan and input records, researching any found discrepancies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education - High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience, particularly in an on-site project team environment, is preferred.
