- Certified Firefighter AND Licensed Paramedic - $81,989.95
- Licensed Paramedic only - $66,174.29
- Lateral Firefighter/Paramedic:
- 24-59 months experience - $83,172
- 60-107 months experience - $84,504
- 108+ months experience - $89,349

Our world-class
Firefighters provide fire protection and emergency medical services for the preservation of life and property. This is accomplished by responding to emergency calls, providing emergency medical services, hazardous materials responses, completing firefighting and rescue activities, providing public education, and inspecting and testing plans and equipment. Other duties include maintaining the fire station and hazmat operations, performing inspections of commercial properties, conducting tours, inspecting equipment, and performing related duties as assigned.

What You Bring To Us - A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age is 19.
- Minimum qualifications vary depending on position.
- Possession of Paramedic certification from the Texas Department of State Health Services National Registry Paramedic certification (unless otherwise posted).
- Possession of Texas Commission Basic Fire Protection certification (unless otherwise posted).
- Possession of Emergency Medical Technician certification is required (unless candidate possesses a Paramedic license).
