Core Responsibilities

Financial Management:

• Collaborate on budget preparation and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Ensure adherence to purchasing and financial policies.

Management and Development:

• Determine staffing needs and manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop unit managers and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Operating Control:

• Evaluate operational performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews and strategic planning.

Communication:

• Facilitate regular meetings and ensure understanding of corporate communications.
• Uphold positive public relations and ensure account retention.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proven managerial experience or equivalent education/training.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and budget management.
• ServSafe and Allergen Certification required.
