We are a mental health intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment center focused on teenagers. At the Adolescent Wellness Academy, we provide the highest standard of care while offering a compassionate and supportive environment where clinicians can truly make a difference in the lives of young people and their families. We are seeking for clinicians that are interested in working as independent group facilitators with a flexible schedule.

• Current Florida registered intern or license as a music therapist 
• +1 year of experience leading therapeutic groups for a mental health treatment center
• Experience working with teenagers
• Level 2 Background Check and Drug Test required

• Our program's success is rooted in the voluntary participation of adolescents who are self-motivated and willing to be part of our program. Their commitment contributes to the success rate of our program.
• Families are a core part of our program. You will have the opportunity to not only work with kids but also their families.
• You’ll be exposed to a wide range of clinical pathologies (e.g. learning disorder, ADHD, bipolar, different dysregulation disorders, mood and anxiety, trauma), as well as crisis intervention.
• You’ll will have ample opportunity lead a clinical team, in collaboration with the clinical director.
