Job Description IT Depot Support About the Role
As an IT Depot Support employee, you will be responsible for providing onsite support and managing ticket ques for local support requests. You will be primarily supporting MAC OS.
Responsibilities
- Provides onsite end-user support.
- Installs applications.
- Manages hardware/software installations and troubleshooting.
- Provides onsite smart hand support to other technical towers.
- Installs and configures new hardware.
- Manages site-level inventory.
- Manages ticket queue for local support requests.
- Escalates systems outages or problems that are impacting production.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Requirements
- Requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.
- Able to expands skills within an analytical or operational process.
- Able to follows standardized procedures.
- Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
- Able to work within established procedures and practices.
- Understand existing procedures to resolve incidents.
- Able to work with a moderate to minimal degree of supervision.
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and share information and ideas effectively.
- Communicate Exchange information and ideas effectively.
- Able to impact, motivate, participate, collaborate, and inspire team.
- Able to set up computers for at home users, cleaning peripherals and scanning serials into excel sheets.
- Ability to support MAC OS
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus!

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $39,520 - $49,400.
