Job Description
Description We are looking for a project assistant to support our survey team in Modesto! The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience working as a project assistant, coordinator, or other administrative support role. They should be able to juggle many tasks while working in a high-energy environment with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers with creating additional service requests/change orders, AR follow-up up and contract management
- Assist in scheduling field crews
- Coordinate badging requirements
- Track project contract status and follow up
- Request COI
- Aid in opening projects in Deltek
- Generate reports in Deltek
- Aid in tracking opportunities/pipeline in Deltek
- Meet with Project Managers to capture and review work-in-progress commitments
- Prepare project startup paperwork and assist in tracking upcoming projects
- Assist with proposals
- File management
- Client correspondence
- Manage the field work authorization tags (FSS field tags) for timesheet programs for Union field survey crews
- Other various tasks as needed
- Periodic travel to job sites and other offices may be required
Qualifications: - 2-3 years experience in an administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
- Work well within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Valid drivers license

- The anticipated salary range for this position will be $28 - $35 an hour and will vary depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
