The Enterprise Experience Architect creates learning blueprints and experiences that build workforce capability to accelerate talent, improve performance and mitigate risk through relevant continuous learning experiences aligned to Business Unit Learning Strategy and blueprint. This role operates in our In Role Growth capability development area, working in support of the growth and development of our worldwide Employees in the Manufacturing and in Research Business Area. Responsibilities include: + Leverages business fluency and design thinking to analyze work, worker, and workplace to determine most effective learning strategies that are learner-centric, outcomes focused, based in learning science, scalable, innovative, and inclusive. + Uses business strategy, learning strategy and data driven insights to design learning solutions and learner journeys in collaboration with client facing learning professional to ensure achievement of business goals. + Will balance the requirements of the business with the needs of our learners. Is a business advisor who can address important issues such as the ROI of training, measurement and evaluation, project planning, and organizational needs. + Uses information about the workforce capability to accelerate talent, improve performance and mitigate risk through relevant continuous learning experiences aligned to business unit learning strategy and blueprint. + Designs and plans learner-centric multi-part learning journey and experiences: from novice to mastery and solutions to solve business challenges and achieve the business outcomes as defined by and in collaboration with the business consultants and design and development learning professionals, considering environmental as well as individual factors for performance. + Designs blueprints and learning experiences using a framework, principles and guidance for detail developers to follow and adapt based on deep understanding of business unit and sub-unit internal trends, learners, organizational culture, personas, mindset and skills, and internal limits including: change tolerance, leader availability, learner attention/absorption, incentives, information, tools/resources. + Facilitates and leads various sessions (research, design sprints, kick-offs, focus groups) to assess learner/persona skill gaps, clearly define instructional objectives, craft effective scalable learner experiences that matches learning modalities and methodologies to desired outcomes, considers relevant issues specific to the learner population, and supports business unit, technology and deployment constraints and capabilities. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Required: + Minimum of a bachelor's degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience in Human Resources, learning, Education and related disciplines + 10 years of related experience (8 with master's degree) + 3 years experience as a UX Designer/lead of learning solutions to drive mindset, skill and behavior change to achieve business outcomes + Up to date instructional design and learning science applied to live, virtual, online, social, adaptive and in the flow continuous learning experiences + Ability to leverage innovative digital learning technologies and scalable user interfaces for web and mobile learning experiences + Apply UI design and design thinking principles to assess learner/persona capability gaps the develop learning systems or blueprints + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences + Ability to co-create, collaborate, and build trusted partnerships with team and business stakeholders + Leverage data driven insights to drive decisions + Agility, flexibility, working in a fast-paced iterative environment + Creative thinking, strong problem-solving, continuous improvement capability + Ability to guide / mentor experience developers and troubleshoot issues + Assess capability, evaluate and measure value and business impact + Stakeholder analysis and management, change management + Business acumen and ability to rapidly learn business and cultural contexts Preferred: + Master's degree in instructional systems, learning related field + Experience as an Experience Designer of dynamic learning solutions and role curriculum in the areas of Manufacturing and/ or Research Labs + Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience + Possess a continuous learning attitude towards technology and finding new ways to leverage it NOTICE FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTS In accordance with Managers' Policy - Job Posting and Employee Placement, all employees subject to this policy are required to have a minimum of twelve (12) months of service in current position prior to applying for open positions.
