As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Headway, you can launch or grow your private practice while earning competitive wages. Headway supports mental health clinicians by managing insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing to help increase your caseload. This remote position offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to conduct therapy in-person or through telehealth.

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
