Job Summary:
The Medicare Benefit and Sales Consultant is responsible for being the primary contact for individuals and organizations who are looking to enroll in a Medicare Plan. who conduct business with JTS. Represent JTS as a professional and service-oriented company, contributing to its development and growth.

As a Medicare Benefit and Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Medicare products to eligible individuals, providing valuable information about the available plans, and assisting clients in making informed decisions about their healthcare coverage. This role requires a deep understanding of Medicare regulations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions
Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to assess their healthcare needs and determine eligibility for Medicare plans.
Explain the features, benefits, and coverage options of various Medicare plans to help clients make informed decisions.
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations that highlight the advantages of specific Medicare plans. Address client questions and concerns, providing clear and concise information.
Stay updated on changes in Medicare regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with all relevant laws. Adhere to ethical standards and company policies in all sales activities.
Proactively generate leads through various channels, including referrals, community outreach, and networking. Utilize marketing materials and strategies to attract potential clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Follow up with clients to address any post-sales inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork for Medicare applications.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processes for clients.

Attendance Requirements:
· The Company reserves the right to require in-person attendance at the Company’s worksite at any time. The Company also reserves the right to make full-time attendance at the Company’s worksite an essential job function for this position if attendance becomes necessary to increase productivity, to develop teamwork, to conduct training, to better address customer needs, or to accomplish any other valid business goal. If full-time attendance requirements for this position materially change, the Company will provide thirty (30) days’ prior notice of the change.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
· This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
· Core business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but the employees’ schedules are at the discretion of the supervisor and dependent on the needs of the business.
Travel:
· Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-date and overnight travel may be expected.
