CACI is seeking a Naval Aviation Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience and knowledge related to Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS), R Supply and Aviation 3M.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The SME will be a key contributor supporting training and readiness, to include:
* Assists ships with reconciling Stock in Transit.
* Force Level RSUPPLY Expert
* Provides training for Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS), reconciling inventories, analyzing databases, and providing corrections to supported LHAs/Ds.
* Troubleshoots and problem solves database errors in NALCOMIS and Relational Supply (R-Supply) in house and assist ships while deployed.
* Submits Risk Assessments for R-Supply and NALCOMIS.
* Assist LHD platforms by riding the ship on return from deployment and during local area operations in port/underway.
* Draft Aviation Support Division Desk Top Guides for LHA/Ds.
*Provide technical information to supervisors unfamiliar with NALCOMIS processes and procedures.
* Performs Supply Management Assessments for LHA/Ds and Pre-deployment Assist visits.
* Develop Rotable Pool of Aviation Assets for LHAs/Ds.
* Assist Maintenance personnel in reconciling LHAs/Ds ICRLs.
* Develop report schedule for NALCOMIS while ships are deployed. Tracks NIS and NC requisitions for deployed LHAs/Ds.
* Draft recommendation for supply support procedures for MEUs debarked from ships.
* Develop training and power point presentations demonstrating how to perform data base maintenance for NALCOMIS and R-Supply.
* Develop classroom NALCOMIS training curriculum for training on live databases giving Sailor's hands on training at updating and processing transactions on both RSUPPLY and NALCOMIS.
* Assist with the transfer of Aviation Pack-UP Kits and loading all re-AVCAL packages to LHA/Ds.
* S-6 Division Repairable Management Branch (RMB) Leading Chief Petty Officer
* Support AIMD and attached Air Wing for entry into NALCOMIS and R/Supply ensuring proper Aviation 3M processing and financial obligation and expenditures.
QUALIFICATIONS: - US Citizen
- DOD SECRET Clearance must be current
- 15+ years' experience performing U.S. Naval Aviation maintenance activities.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Naval Aviation maintenance policies and procedures as outlined in Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) CNAFINST 4790.2 series.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of OOMA and OIMA functions. This knowledge must include the ability to identify and troubleshoot application and data driven anomalies causing failures.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Aircraft Inventory and all associated naval aviation logistics and readiness management systems (3M).
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology (SMART) Aircraft interfaces with OOMA.
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (ex. Word, Excel).
- Demonstrable analytical and critical thinking.
- Ability to document detailed procedures and functional test cases.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$56,000-$117,500
