Oracle XStore Functional Consultant Dallas, TX (Remote) Job Description: The candidate should be able to gather requirements and develop high level design document. Translate business needs to configuration specifications, including the development of creative solutions to meet complex business requirements. Lead or participate in solution definition workshops as required. Support client-side business and technical project teams throughout the implementation life cycle. Coordinate with the team across country for development and process design. Execute a comprehensive build, testing, and training strategy. Conduct the training and be able to demonstrate the software functionality to client and trainer. Accountable for program execution or deliverable using planning and communication skills. Collaborate with all project teams to ensure alignment between all team both internal and external. Must have Consumer Business - Retail, Wholesale & Distribution domain experience. 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience. Must have Oracle XStore implementation project experience. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). Experience mentoring junior staff. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
