Our practice covers corporate transactional law, intellectual property law, real estate law, and tax law. Known for our expertise on U.S.-China cross-border transactions, we have become the go-to law firm for many Chinese companies exploring the U.S. market and U.S. companies entering into the Chinese market.

MagStone Law, LLP has a paralegal position available now and we’re looking for the right professional to join our team. You will be supporting a team of corporate law attorneys in a fast-paced, collegial environment. This is not an attorney track position.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time role for a Paralegal at MagStone Law, LLP. The role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, with flexibility for remote work.

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Assist in drafting basic legal documents.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
• Generally assisting attorneys on various tasks.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and mail processing.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is in working order.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studies, is a plus.
• Associate degree or above.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Office administration experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must-to-have
