Purpose:The primary responsibilities of a Team Manager are to maintain Service Level Agreement, manage performance and productivity governance activities, represent the product lines through regular stakeholder interaction, and provide valuable insights to the internal management as well as vendor operations.
Core functions:The hourly rate for this position is $22.21-$21.35, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
