Description

Job Description: As a Personal Assistant at Lift Forward Direct, you will provide administrative support to senior managers, helping them with their daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the office. You will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the schedules of senior managers.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
