About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for its North American touring brands. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and visionary leader with a strong strategic, management, and critical thinking background. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and profitability of the touring brands, including the development of new business channels and the oversight of all operational aspects. The President will be responsible for setting and executing the long-range strategic plan, as well as short-term business plans, and ensuring that the organization meets or exceeds its goals. Key responsibilities include strategic development, operations, financial management, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and diversity. The role also involves global executive leadership, representing the unique needs of the North American market, and working with the global team to find solutions that benefit the entire organization. Candidates for the President position should have a minimum of 10 years' of executive-level management experience, with a proven track record in leadership, financial management, and team and client relationship management, particularly in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service strategies, and be adept at balancing visionary work with day-to-day management. Technical skills should include high proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities being a plus. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and modern digital skills, who is a champion for the organization and is committed to diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices. A stellar reputation, unquestioned integrity, and impeccable business and personal ethics are essential. The position demands a leader who is forward-thinking, with a successful record in developing and implementing short and long-range plans, and who can effectively manage a full P&L for a large organization.
