Job Title: Principal Research ML Engineer

Position Overview: As the Principal Research ML Engineer, you will play a critical role in researching and developing software infrastructure and state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms. You will work closely with leading researchers and cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality research outputs that contribute to the academic community and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models and frameworks.
2. Collaborate with researchers and domain experts to identify key challenges and develop innovative solutions.
3. Conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to inform research directions.
4. Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in academic or industry settings.
3. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
4. Excellent understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
5. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
