The role: Our client is seeking to hire a driven Product Manager. Your mission is to greatly enhance the user experience, boost conversion rates, and position it as the top choice for anyone launching an online business. You will also be responsible for identifying product gaps to meet the needs of our affiliate partners, who leverage the platform’s underlying technology as a white-label solution.
Location: This is an on-site position at the West Palm Beach office.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Management: - Define storebuilder’s vision, roadmap and priorities that are in-line with business goals and expectations.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from conception through launch.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Collaborate with the company’s C-level executives to ensure the product is aligned with company goals and progressing in line with the overall product strateg.
2. User and Competitor research: - Analyze and map user flows to identify friction points and opportunities for enhancement.
- Simplify and optimize the user journey to boost engagement and satisfaction.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Closely monitor competitor activity to ensure Storebuild.ai maintains its number one position, keeping our product and marketing efforts two steps ahead.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Leverage data to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Utilize analytics to measure the impact of product changes on user engagement and LTV.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to assess product success.
4. Product Experimentation: - Design and run experiments to test new features and improvements.
- Quickly validate ideas to gather user feedback.
- Iterate on product features based on experimentation results and user insights.
Expected Outcomes: - Storebuild.ai maintains a high level of user conversions, making it a highly desirable partner for affiliates.
- Increased the total number of stores connected to the Zendrop platform.
- Achieved a higher LTV for users acquired through Storebuild.ai compared to other sources.
- High performance of the Stores, created within the product.
Required Skills and Competencies: - Proven experience in product management, particularly in roles focused on white label solutions and conversions boost.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance user experiences.
- Strong analytical abilities, understanding of unit economics.
- Excellent data analysis skills and experience in data-driven decisions.
- Experience in designing and conducting product experiments and developing MVPs.
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with product development and integration processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven leadership experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to inspire and guide a product team.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in building high-performing online stores.
