Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Production Printing Assembly Manager to fill a Direct Hire opening in Monroe, OH!

Responsibilities:

• Guide Lead Operators in tasks such as job setups, material requisitions, and process documentation.
• Develop and monitor daily and weekly production schedules.
• Serve as the liaison between the Assembly Department and other teams.
• Provide updates on job statuses, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to safety and workflow standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Promote 5S and Lean methodologies for workplace efficiency.
• Educate staff on safety compliance and enforce safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent training and experience).
• Minimum of five years of heavy production printing experience, including two years in leadership is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Compensation: $45-65K
