We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Salesforce Admin to work in Chicago,IL

Requirements

Salesforce Customization & Configuration:

• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules to meet the needs of various business units.
• Set up and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper data access and security.
• Maintain and improve the Salesforce Lightning Experience interface for ease of use.

User Management & Support:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Salesforce users across different departments.
• Onboard new users, including the setup of new accounts and permissions, ensuring users understand how to use Salesforce effectively.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Train users on Salesforce best practices and new features.

Data Management:

• Manage data imports, exports, and data quality, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data within Salesforce.
• Regularly perform data cleansing activities, such as deduplication and data validation.
• Build and run data reports to support business needs.

Process Automation & Workflows:

• Design and implement process automation solutions such as workflows, process builder, approval processes, and flows.
• Help automate business processes to streamline day-to-day activities and improve overall efficiency.

Reporting & Dashboards:

• Develop, customize, and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure that reports and dashboards are accessible and tailored to users' needs.

Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to understand their needs and ensure Salesforce is configured to support their workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers on larger Salesforce-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Proven experience in user management, data management, reporting, and process automation.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce is a plus.
