Scrum Project Manager Job Number: 353871 Category: -MFG & Supply Chain SBU Description: Job Title: Scrum Project Manager Locations: Middletown, CT 06023 Pay Rate: $65,000-75,000 yearly Area Code: 860, 203 Shift: 1st Employment Type: Full-time position with benefits Job Summary: A Scrum Project Manager position is available onsite at our primary customer location in Middletown, CT. This critical role leverages Agile Project Management methodologies to drive project success and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing sprints and epics, creating roadmaps, interfacing daily with customers, preparing executive-level presentations, and mitigating risks to maintain project schedules. Key Responsibilities: Interface daily with customers to support projects, schedule meetings, report progress, and demonstrate effective methods to navigate roadblocks or delays. Evaluate engineering processes and recommend or implement process improvements. Assess risk and perform mitigation steps to ensure projects remain on schedule. Prepare and deliver presentations for executive-level reviews. Execute each sprint/epic: create roadmaps, user stories, and detailed plans for each segment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor"s degree in Engineering or Project Management 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles within engineering, manufacturing, or project management. Proficiency in Excel and Jira required. Excellent self-management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Strong problem-solving skills, an outgoing personality, and excellent communication (written and verbal). Ability to absorb information, ask the right questions, resolve issues, and deliver successful outcomes. Us citizenship required due to the nature of the work. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) desired. Experience in the aerospace industry, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus. Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
