About the Role

As the company grows, they are looking to hire on a Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in driving access to new customers and revenue growth. Primary responsibilities will be to identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach. You will collaborate closely with the Mid-Market and Enterprise sales team to nurture leads and schedule qualified appointments, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, contributing to the overall success of the team's sales efforts.

The Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any field of study (finance or accounting is a big plus)
  • Prior experience as a Software SDR/BDR is highly preferred
  • Prior experience as an Auditor is a plus
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop in a software sales role
  • Strong conversational competence and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong curiosity, compassion, and competitive nature
  • MUST be located in Denver, CO and willing/able to commute to downtown office 3 days/week (work-from-home on Mondays and Fridays)

Compensation and Benefits

  • $60k salary
  • Additional commission potential on top ranging from $20k-$25k
  • M/D/V benefits

  • Hybrid work environment reporting to downtown Denver office
