Joe Muer Seafood in Bloomfield Hills is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team! We are looking for an individual who has at least 2 years of experience rolling sushi. We are also looking for someone who knows the proper techniques and handling of fish of all kinds. You will be responsible for making all different kinds of beautifully presented sushi rolls for guests to enjoy.

SUSHI CHEF - qualified candidate will have the following:

• Previous experience rolling sushi in a restaurant
• Open availability
• Positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to help other departments if needed - MUST be a team player!
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance fluctuating workload
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Open availability preferred
• PM availability required
