Stratum Networks is a rapidly growing information assurance and cybersecurity solutions company that provides high-end network and security consulting to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients. We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate who would support one of our clients located in the Annapolis Junction, MD. CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION. Job Description: Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
•Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
•Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
•Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
•Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
Immediate long term position. Monday-Friday 11am-7pm
Salary: $84k - $157k depending on experience and contract.
Excellent benefits package, including up to 3 weeks paid vacation and 11 paid holidays. Eligible for health care (single and family) immediately. 401(k) plan with employer match available.
Qualifications: Must meet contract level requirements for appropriate position. Five (5) years system administrator experience with bachelors degree. Can substitute 5 years additional experience in place of degree.
