JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) throughout the candidate selection and hiring process to include scheduling interviews, coordinating directly with candidates and hiring managers; and arranging candidate/new hire travel
Creating and editing job requisitions/postings
Create a positive candidate experience in by maintaining complete and accurate communication with candidates
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and special projects (ex: managing swag inventory)
Represent company at career fairs and hiring events as needed
Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma and 0-2 years or more of relevant Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, precise, and highly organized
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks concurrently, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Wide degree of creativity and proactive problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience and ability to schedule and track large volumes of candidates for interviews
Experience creating and editing job requisitions
Experience generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports
Prior experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems
Workday HRMS experience
