You should be familiar with techniques like storyboards and sketching -to communicate design concepts. Deep knowledge of the UX process (research, conceptual design, prototyping, testing), is a must have Expectations

• Lead in the creation of product experiences independency but with feedback from peers and internal SMEs
• Think holistically to deliver a design with end to end experiences in mind
• Solve complex problems and work with others to collaborate and merge solutions into a larger structure and create a cohesive design ecosystem

• Prior experience in working for ecommerce websites and mobile apps Skills

• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Track record of deploying user interface standards and conventions, functional communication flows and dynamic, engaging interfaces
• Strong understanding of design theory and concepts to create effective visual communication with hierarchy and balance (typography, color, space, contrast)
• Ability to work with design templates and patterns
• Multi tasking and deliver work under pressure
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience designing in mobile & Web based product environment - especially in ecommerce
• Prior experience with working on a cross-functional team through the product design process to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years designing digital experiences, demonstrating increasing levels of mastery of your craft
• Experience in user research and translating findings into outcomes
• Experience designing in desktop-based product environments
