Warehouse Lead - Second Shift (2:30 pm to 11:00 PM)
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting the area supervisor in the training of qualified, competent and productive staff supporting the objective of providing exceptional service to our Consultants. This is accomplished by assigning work and workstations, training and instructing all new and current associates, check, evaluate and report quality and productivity data with supervisor’s direction. The Warehouse Lead supports the department Supervisor to ensure that productivity goals are met.
What You'll Be Doing
The Warehouse Lead will assist department supervisors in the daily activities of their assigned department. A Warehouse Lead can be assigned to any department within the scope of their functional abilities. Which can include:
Pick/Pack/Ship/Replenishment
Receiving
Transfers
Inventory Control
Kitting
