Full time direct hire REMOTE role working from the comfort of your home! Company is a preeminent technology and service expert overseeing implementation, data migration, and validation to ensure full optimization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Housing Yardi Software Expert to join the team in delivering exceptional services to their clients.

You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Yardi software implementation, customization, and ongoing support for clients in the senior housing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Yardi software solutions specifically tailored to the unique needs of senior housing communities. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of senior housing operations to effectively meet clients' needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Yardi software solutions for senior housing clients, ensuring alignment with their specific business requirements and objectives.
• Customize and enhance Yardi software functionalities to address unique challenges and optimize operational workflows in senior housing communities.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Yardi software implementations, including troubleshooting technical issues, resolving system errors, and optimizing systems performance.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans that meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client staff to ensure effective utilization of Yardi software solutions and maximize user adoption.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new features within the Yardi software ecosystem to continuously improve service offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Yardi software capabilities, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams on system optimizations and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Yardi software solutions, with a focus on the senior housing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end implementation projects for Yardi software, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of senior housing operations and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within the Yardi platform.
• Strong technical proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Yardi EHR, Yardi Senior Living Suite, and other relevant Yardi modules.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Company offers a competitive salary in the $55 - $75 hourly range (based on years of Yardi experience and knowledge of other modules in the Yardi Suite to complement your primary role, in addition to health benefits, PTO, and 401k.
